Operating since 2002, Fit & Fix had built a reputation as Egypt's premier auto service center — offering top-quality car services and premium tire brands across an ever-growing chain of stores. But the automotive services industry in Egypt remained overwhelmingly offline, and Fit & Fix wanted to change that. Their ambition was to become the country's first digital automotive platform, bringing services that were traditionally only available in physical locations — from tire selection to maintenance bookings — into the hands of customers online. The core challenge was twofold: creating a natural and intuitive way to showcase their strengths and key automotive partners to build digital trust, and replacing the in-store salesperson and mechanic experience with a self-serve platform that empowered customers to make confident, informed decisions on their own.
Robusta created a comprehensive UI/UX website that puts Fit & Fix's impressive portfolio of top-notch automotive partners front and centre — immediately differentiating them from competitors and establishing digital credibility. At the heart of the platform is a dedicated knowledge center that fully automates the salesperson and mechanic consultation process: customers can independently research, compare, and select tires or services based on their specific car and needs, without requiring human assistance. The result is Egypt's only e-commerce website of its kind in the automotive sector — a first-mover advantage that continues to drive customer acquisition and loyalty.
