HAFIZ Private Sector Platform: Egypt's Digital Partnership Hub
A centralized digital matchmaking platform for the Egyptian Ministry of International Cooperation and GIZ — accelerating public-private partnerships and digital transformation.
The Challenge
GIZ, in partnership with MoIC, aimed to enhance Egypt's digital society by establishing a Digital Transformation Center focused on the digital economy and government. The challenge was to identify the needs of various public and private stakeholders and create a centralized hub that could offer consultancies, foster partnerships, and accelerate national and local digital initiatives.
The Solution
RTG conducted a 2-day design sprint with MoIC and GIZ to explore stakeholder needs, identify gaps, and develop wireframes and use cases. Building on this, RTG designed the user interface and fully developed the HAFIZ private sector platform — ensuring it met the ecosystem's requirements for consultation, partnership creation, and accelerated digital transformation.
