Headless Magento e-commerce, a staff order-picking app, and full data analytics — delivering double-digit month-on-month customer acquisition growth for one of Egypt's largest hypermarkets.

HyperOne faced hurdles including expanding their customer base amid increased competition, lacking centralized customer data for personalized marketing, and struggling with effective communication. These challenges drove them to adopt a comprehensive ecommerce solution to overcome these issues and improve their operations.

We partnered with HyperOne to develop a customized ecommerce solution, including user-friendly websites and apps powered by Magento for easy shopping. An optimized order processing app improved fulfillment, while comprehensive data analytics offered insights into customer behavior and sales trends.
