Al Othaim — operating 183 stores across supermarkets, hypermarkets, and convenience formats — needed a focused engineering squad to address specific operational KPIs, including reducing order cancellation rates and improving fulfilment accuracy across their grocery and e-commerce operations. Internal capacity constraints made it impossible to staff this initiative from within.
