Citizens in Egypt often faced difficulty navigating public services due to fragmented information, outdated procedures, and inconsistent updates from different government entities.
RTG developed the Online Public Services Map with GIZ-IPSP and the Egyptian government. The platform includes a three-level administrative system enabling staff to update, validate, and monitor services in real time.
