Managing leads, reservations, installment payments, and broker activity across multiple countries and real estate projects was fragmented, slow, and error-prone. The company needed to digitally transform these workflows end-to-end while integrating with their existing Microsoft Dynamics ERP and supporting multiple currencies for projects across the globe.

The systems were built to work in concert — sharing data, integrating with Microsoft Dynamics ERP, and supporting multi-country, multi-currency operations across all of Orascom's real estate projects.
A customer-facing platform enabling prospective buyers to browse and filter available properties, request contact with sales agents, reserve a unit, and pay an expression of interest or deposit — all digitally, without requiring in-person visits.
A dedicated portal for existing property owners to view their documents, track and pay installments, monitor payment history, and submit requests directly to the customer relations department — replacing manual paperwork and phone-based processes.
A tailored platform for brokers selling Orascom units. The system gave brokers access to all the information they needed to close deals effectively, and introduced logic to mitigate conflicts around duplicate leads between brokers — a persistent pain point in large developer operations.
A central admin dashboard providing real-time data analytics and business intelligence across all four systems. Management could monitor sales activity, customer relations performance, broker productivity, and financial metrics — with full oversight across all markets.
