RTG built the TMG Life app in 8 months — a first-of-its-kind community super-app for Egypt's No. 8 Forbes-listed real estate developer, serving millions of residents with QR gate access, NFC electricity recharge, real-time maintenance, and centralized community services.
Talaat Moustafa Group — ranked No. 8 in Forbes' Top 50 Listed Companies in Egypt — had no unified digital platform connecting its millions of residents across multiple large-scale communities. Legacy manual processes governed everything from gate access and maintenance requests to bill payments and contract management. The platform needed to serve a highly diverse user base: families, individuals, businesses, and visitors, each with distinct needs, at a scale that few real estate developers in the region had attempted digitally.
RTG conducted extensive on-site user research — interviewing residents, mapping personas, and aligning with department heads — before designing and building the TMG Life App over 8 months. The platform delivers a fully personalized, location-aware experience for each user type. Core capabilities include QR-based digital gate access, real-time maintenance request tracking, community event discovery, a location-based 'Discover Nearby' feature, and a centralized resident dashboard. A unit registration and verification system with an admin review cycle ensures only authorized users access community services. Sub-owners can be onboarded via a simplified invitation flow. TMG Life is also becoming a source of truth for old contracts that were previously unregistered — digitizing and organizing fragmented records across communities.

Launched Egypt's first NFC-based electricity recharge feature within the app. Custom-built integrations with three exclusive local providers in Madinaty and Al Rehab replaced fragmented queue-based payment with 24/7 in-app recharging — the first digital presence for TMG's electricity company.
New residents register their unit through a full user-admin cycle. Admins verify uploaded documents and can provide feedback for corrections, ensuring only authorized users access community services.
Residents can invite household members via a simplified invitation system. Sub-owners are onboarded by submitting proof of relationship — without needing full document registration — easing the overall user journey.
Residents and guests access properties using QR codes, eliminating manual cards and physical paperwork. This greatly enhances security and convenience for all community members.
Users can instantly report maintenance issues and request services directly from the app, reducing response times and improving facility management across all TMG communities.
A dedicated section for sports clubs, shows, and family activities allows residents to discover and participate in community events without leaving the app.
A location-based search feature helps residents find restaurants, cafes, and essential services within their communities, complete with descriptions, opening hours, and social links.
A clean, intuitive dashboard provides a centralized view of all resident-related information — including unit details, ongoing bookings, and pending tasks — from a single screen.
TMG Life is becoming a source of truth for old contracts that were previously unregistered or fragmented. The app digitizes and organizes these records, solving a major operational challenge for TMG and its residents.
