Who do we need to become, together?
On Thursday, October 1, 2026, RTG brought its people together for the 2026 RTG Townhall — a full day built around the human side of our transformation. We stepped out of the day-to-day to challenge how we think, connect with each other, and talk about where RTG is, where we’re going, and what it takes from all of us to get there.
Where We’re Heading
The day opened with Hussein Mohieldin, CEO of RTG, sharing where RTG is heading and why this moment matters. His message was simple: new strategy, structure, and technology all matter, but none of them transforms a company on its own. People do.

From there, the Townhall moved into Me. We. Us., an interactive workshop facilitated by Ashraf Helal, leadership coach and consultant.
Through reflection, conversation, and hands-on team challenges, The team explored the mindset each of us brings, the company we’re becoming, and the connections that hold us together. Conversations continued over lunch and into an afternoon of laughter, shared challenges, and honest reflection.
