We were thrilled to take part in the Information Technology Institute (ITI) Talent Summit opening day with an engaging on-site booth and two high-impact sessions that brought together over 1,000 attendees from ITI branches across Egypt.
Dina Ismail, Senior TA Business Partner at RTG, kicked off with practical insights on interview preparation — empowering students to approach opportunities with confidence and know exactly what hiring teams are looking for.
Mona Ibrahim, Managing Director at Octopus by RTG, followed with a forward-looking talk on expanding future job opportunities — inviting ITIans to be part of something bigger through Octopus' growing network. Both sessions sparked conversations, opened doors, and reflected our shared mission at RTG and Octopus: to empower the next generation of tech talent.
Alongside the sessions, our on-site booth became a hub of energy throughout the day — with students from branches across Egypt stopping by to learn more about RTG, Octopus, and the opportunities available to them.
