RTG is proud to be the tech arm behind Mindset Egypt's HabaWaba Junior Water Polo Festival — the world's largest youth water polo event, set to debut in Soma Bay, Egypt.

On September 1st, 2025, RTG formalised its partnership with Mindset Egypt — a sports management company founded by Ezz Nour and Fouad Luxor — to serve as the technology partner behind one of the most ambitious sports events coming to Egypt: the HabaWaba Junior Water Polo Festival.
HabaWaba is the world's largest youth water polo festival, an Italian franchise with a global reputation for combining competitive sport with holistic athlete development. Mindset Egypt secured the official franchise rights to bring the event to Egypt, with Soma Bay as the host venue. The founding partners, Ezz Nour and Fouad Luxor, emphasised that this is more than a sporting event — it offers young athletes a developmental experience that nurtures both skills and values.
As the tech arm of the partnership, RTG is building a game management system that transforms how tournaments are organised and experienced — covering registration, competition management, team lineups, coaching staff details, scheduling, live results, and real-time data reporting. The platform also includes a full website and mobile app designed to deliver a seamless digital experience for athletes, coaches, and fans alike.
The partnership was celebrated at a signing ceremony on September 1st, attended by RTG CEO Hussein Mohieldin alongside Mindset's founding partners Ezz Nour and Fouad Luxor. This partnership is a milestone in shaping the future of sports technology in Egypt — uniting RTG's technology expertise with Mindset's vision for sports development.
